Cash Patients
Payment for services is required at the time of service.
If you are unable to make a full payment, a partial payment must be made, along with a schedule for future payments. This can be arranged on an individual basis during consultation with our billing manager. We do have a sliding fee scale with reduced rates for those that qualify.
We accept cash, checks, money orders, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and AmEx.
Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee in addition to the amount of the check. We will always be happy to work with you to pay your bill.
