In an effort to be more organized, provide you with better care and help the environment to boot, we are planning to implement a new electronic system for patients to check in, verify your demographic and insurance information and even pay your co-payment. This is our first step in movement towards electronic medical records. So watch for more information soon. It's that time of year again. Time for school physicals. I know what you're thinking, the new school is months away and spring break is not even here yet. Still, it's time to get prepared. All school in Illinois require physicals for kindergarten, 5th grade and entrance to High School. The Oak Park School require HS physicals to be completed before the end of the previous school year. August is our busiest month and there are longer wait times for appointments, so call today for your physical. Please remember to bring all the necessary forms and be sure to complete your portion. If you do not have them or have misplaced them, we have the standard Illinois form here.
